The third and final series of the hit Renaissance-set drama "Medici: The Magnificent," a Netflix original, will land on the streaming service from Friday, May 1st, 2020.

"Medici: The Magnificent" shows the power of art and beauty as driving forces behind Medici rule. The series shows the journey of a man who falls many times before he can find himself again.

The series was produced by Luca Bernabei and Frank Spotnitz, with Big Light Productions Spotnitz and Emily Feller serving as executive producers alongside Luca Bernabei, Matilde Bernabei, Daniele Passani, Richard Madden, Sara Melodia and Luisa Cotta Ramsino.

Medici (2016–2019)

Daniel Sharman was born in London. He began working as an actor at The Royal Shakespeare Company before going on to train for three years at The London Academy of Dramatic Art in 2007. After which he performed in many theatrical productions in London and Europe. He lives in Los Angeles and London.
