Filed for divorce in Orange County (CA) Superior Court against his
wife,
Tawny Kitaen, just 3 days after she was arrested for allegedly hitting
him. Finley also obtained a temporary restraining order against her and
temporary custody of their daughters. In her response, dated April 15,
Kitaen acknowledged that she has become addicted to prescription
medications for depression and migraine headaches and is currently
