Marvel's Helstrom Trailer Reveals Hulu's Horror Series During Comic-Con@Home Panel
Image
The Comic-Con@Home panel for Marvel's Helstrom was held today. Showrunner Paul Zbyszewski, along with cast members Tom Austen, Sydney Lemmon, Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, Ariana Guerra, June Carryl, and Alain Uy, all showed up for this afternoon's panel moderated by Laura Prudom. They provided a pretty intense sneak-peek at the upcoming Hulu series and talked about bringing the terror-filled comic to life as the streaming platform's next horror series.

Marvel's Helstrom follows the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer. Daimon (Tom Austen) and Ana Helstrom (Sydney Lemmon) have a complicated dynamic, as they track down the worst of humanity - each with their own attitude and skills. Even with our teases from the panel today, the show is still very much a mystery, though it looks very promising. The Marvel Studios series is one of the last to appear outside of the Disney+ streaming service.

Marvel's Helstrom Kids Visit 'Mommie Dearest' in Hulu Horror Series Teaser — Plus, Get October Premiere Date
Image
The Helstrom family exhibits very “unnatural behavior” (as Vatican agent Gabriella Rosetti puts it) in the first teaser for Hulu‘s upcoming series based on the Marvel comic books.

A co-production between Marvel Television and ABC Signature Studios, Helstrom follows Daimon and Ana Helstrom (played by The Royals‘ Tom Austen and Fear Twd‘s Sydney Lemmon), the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer. When the siblings are not playing mind (and other) games with their institutionalized mother, Victoria (Manifest‘s Elizabeth Marvel), they share their own complicated dynamic as they “track down the worst of humanity...

Sdcc Review: Give ‘Em Hell Malone
Way back all those many days ago at the 2009 San Diego Comic Con, I got a chance to take an early look at Give 'Em Hell Malone, the noir thriller starring Thomas Jane and Ving Rhames.  For all intents and purposes this is a review of the film, though I'm not calling it as such because the film isn't finished.  As we speak probably nothing is happening because Hollywood types generally nap around 3:30pm as I write this, but no doubt during business hours tomorrow people will be talking, wheeling, dealing and trying to weasel more money into or out of the project.  What's missing now is some time in the edit bay, color timing and correction, and a few more music cues.  Other than that, the experience is probably pretty close to the final product - unless of course some more money can be put into the film. Give...

With the outing of the last two days line-up, it is uncovered that "Iron Man 2" is indeed scheduled for the third day of the annual convention.

The Saturday schedule announcement confirmed that Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment will present the "Iron Man" sequel from 04:00 P.M. - 05:00 P.M. at Hall H. Jackson, will make a special appearance during the time.

Beside "Iron Man 2", the Saturday schedule will also see a presentation of other movies. Miramax will hold a panel for first look at scenes from "Extract" with director Mike Judge and cast available for discussion,...

Give’em Hell Malone Trailer
We’ve already posted what looks like a long promo sales reel for Russell Mulcahy’s “Give’em Hell Malone”, and another kinda-trailer. This, from the looks of it, is the official trailer for the movie, which stars Thomas Jane as a Pi who kills a lot of people, romances a lot of chicks, and drinks a lot of Scotch. This is apparently the trailer that will be making the rounds over at the Cannes Film Festival along with the finished movie, one presumes. Of course you don’t have to go to Cannes to see it. Check it out below. A tough as nails private investigator (Malone) squares off with gangsters and their thugs to protect a valuable secret. Malone goes through hell to protect the information but he dishes some hell as well. Starring Thomas Jane, Ving Rhames, Doug Hutchison, Leland Orser, Elsa Pataky, French Stewart, William Abadie,...

Violent First Trailer For ‘Give ‘em Hell, Malone’
Give ‘em Hell, Malone is a noir throwback film that is going to be premiering at Cannes in a couple of weeks, and we here at Screen Rant have the first trailer for the film [Warning: it's a red-band trailer, strictly for adults only!!!].

The film stars Thomas Jane and Ving Rhames, as a private dick and a gangster respectively, each on the hunt for a suitcase containing a mysterious secret which (if I’ve understood the trailer correctly) will instantly remind noir-lovers of the classic noir film, Kiss Me Deadly.

Star Wars fans pay special attention while you watch the trailer: there’s a little symphonic Easter-egg buried in there just for you guys.

Two things I instantly like about this movie: first, the fact that the guy locked in the trunk of the car says “Suck my Sinatra,” (1:55); second, the side-boob shot of actress Elsa Pataky (Snakes on a Plane) (1:38). Yum.

The lovely Elsa Pataky...

Give Em Hell Malone Trailer Online
So it's from the director of Highlander and the star of The Punisher, features oodles of shooting and vats of blood: surely Give 'Em Hell, Malone should be at least a cult hit. Never heard of it? Well, have a look at this trailer and get a taster of the film.Jane plays Malone, a tough private investigator who has to protect a valuable secret from gangsters and thugs. Although the film's set in the 1970s, Malone appears to have taken his fashion cues very much from the 1930s, as does his love interest Evelyn (Elsa Pataky). He's up against a rogue's gallery including Ving Rhames, Chris Yen (Donnie Yen's younger sister) Doug Hutchison and Leland Orser. The first promo trailer here was cut to Bad To The Bone and was even heavier on the action, but this Cannes cut gives a slightly better idea of the film, albeit a more traditional one.

'Give 'em Hell, Malone' Debuts Cannes Promo Trailer
Another promo trailer for "Give 'em Hell, Malone" has been found and this one is scheduled for a run in the Cannes Marketplace, where industry players wheel and deal over movies. Unlike the earlier promo trailer which displays a montage of blood bath actions accompanied by the song "Bad to the Bone", this more-than-two-minute video gives more on the storyline and presents a look at Thomas Jane as Malone.

"Give 'em Hell, Malone" centers its story on a hard-nosed detective by the name of Malone. Upon taking a job to retrieve a case containing a mysterious secret, he is forced to square off with a group of gangsters and thugs to protect the valuable information. He goes through hell to protect the information but he dishes some hell as well.

Coming from the director of "The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior" and "Resident Evil: Extinction", Russell Mulcahy, this crime thriller stars Thomas Jane,...
