The biggest revelation is that The Authority is reportedly being reworked as an animated feature; if accurate, this is a huge change but one which makes sense given how obscure those characters are (and how positive early word on Creature Commandos has been). 

Talking of team-ups, it's said that early plans for Teen Titans call for the lineup to be the same as the animated series. That means we're getting Robin (the scooper admits he doesn't know which one), Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, and Cyborg.

Earlier this year, Disney announced plans to add a new land inspired by Pixar Animation Studios' Monsters, Inc. to Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. While exciting, the announcement was met with a bit of hesitation as concept art for the new land seemed to indicate it would be replacing a beloved area of the park.

These fears were confirmed today when Disney announced that Monsters Inc. Land will indeed replace Muppets Courtyard. This also means that MuppetVision 3D's time is coming to an end.

Perhaps sensing that the announcement would result in blowback from Muppets fans, Disney announced that the Muppets would take over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. But even the announcement of the first Disney ride ever to feature The Muppets did little to appease fans upset to see Muppets Courtyard and MuppetsVision 3D go.

THR reports that Samuel L. Jackson is in negotiations to join the cast of J.J. Abrams’s new mystery feature. As expected, there are no details on who Jackson might play in the movie, only that it will be a “key role.“

The film will star Glen Powell (The Running Man), Jenna Ortega (Wednesday) and Emma MacKay (Sex Education). Plot details are naturally being kept under wraps. It was previously speculated that the film would involve time travel, but sources have said that’s not the case. The project is expected to kick off production in the spring in the UK with Abrams directing from a script he wrote. He will also produce through his Bad Robot banner. This will mark Abrams’s first feature film since Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which was released in 2019.

Samuel L. Jackson is in negotiations to join the cast of J.J. Abrams’ untitled mystery movie for Warner Bros and his Bad Robot, Deadline has confirmed.

The actor will join an ensemble that also includes Glen Powell, Jenna Ortega and Emma Mackey, as previously announced. Plot details remain under wraps, though we hear this is not a time-travel film, as some have conjectured. Abrams will direct from his own script, with Bad Robot producing.

Currently, Jackson can be seen starring opposite John David Washington in Netflix’s film The Piano Lesson, based on the August Wilson play, reprising his role after working with Washington on a stage adaptation. The film released in select theaters earlier this month and debuts on the streamer tomorrow. One Piece is a tale of pirate adventures and according to the standard definition, pirates are not noble beings, but rather thieves and criminals. They’re dishonest and downright evil at times. Even the best of pirates are morally gray in Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece. However, there are some who are better than the others, and fans are often caught off-guard when these “good pirates” commit bad deeds.

For instance, Shanks was always believed to be Luffy’s ally. He was like a mentor or a father figure for Luffy, and was always perceived from that lens. Kelsey Grammer is currently enjoying a great deal of success with the revival of "Frasier," a series that has been running on Paramount+ since October 2023.
