Biography

Ariela Collazo is a Puerto Rican actor and model born and raised in Nebraska. They found their love of performing through live theater and slowly transitioned into television and film. They landed their first lead role in a short film in 2019. Shortly after, they took a break from performing to focus on their mental health and returned to the industry in 2022. Their first credit back on the scene was being part of the tech crew at the 2022 Hollywood Fringe Festival.

Collazo is a recent alumni of Applause International. Performing in the categories of; monologue, TV commercial, film-scene, and improvisation, Collazo won multiple awards for their performances. They are a recent recipient of the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts Degree Program Scholarship.

Acting and auditioning may be their main focus, but Ariela still finds time to strut their stuff on the runway. They recently walked for three different themes at Applause International, and they designed, created, and modeled a custom look for one of the themes. In the summer of 2023, they signed a deal with 'thecreepyones' and started modeling alternative clothing for them. They recently participated in the Denver Fashion Week and Undertone Hair Show model calls in Colorado.

Collazo's small-town roots influence the way they create and share stories in their day-to-day life as well as on the screen and stage. While they never quite know what their next project is going to be, they invite you to follow along and continue to support them in their journey of creation and chaos.
