Monique Lindsey was born in Sacramento, California and spent her youth on local theatre stages. She completed theatre training at Long Beach State, with extended studies in Film Production and Sociology. She made her TV debut as the lead actress in the Lifetime film, "Sins in the Suburbs" and starred in other pilot presentations such as "Custodians" and "Fauk My Life". Monique has since made multiple movie appearances (to be announced), produced a number of short films, and worked on plenty of commercial and modeling campaigns.
