- Arnolda Dufour Bowes is a Cree-Metis iskwew, mom and wife from Saskatchewan with family roots from Sakitawak (Île a la Crosse), George Gordon First Nation and Punnichy, Sask. She is an established and award-winning author, a Playwright Resident with Gordon Tootoosis Nikaniwin Theatre and an emerging Screenwriter, having participated in Tricksters & Writers and Whistler Film Festival: Indigenous Filmmaker Fellowship. Her script, "Truthwalkers," was selected as a live read at VIWFF 2023 and was a GEMSFest 2024 International Screenplay Quarterfinalist.
