Milos Cervinka was born on 11 July 1925 in Kosice, Czechoslovakia [now Slovakia]. He was an art director and production designer, known for Rusalka (1977), Attempted Murder (1973) and Kam zmizel kuryr (1981). He died on 31 May 1994 in Prague, Czech Republic.
