Biography

Gulshan Kumar Sudeep (GK Sudeep), well known professionally by his pen name 'Sudeep', was an Indian story writer, a novelist, a journalist, a satirist, a scriptwriter, a screenplay author, a playwright and a poet. Sudeep wrote dialogues, scripts, screenplays, short stories for Indian films and TV series - and many even received National Awards such as 'Ankur, Maina Aur Kabootar' in 1990 won India's Best Children's Film Award and Jamnalal Bajaj's biographical film 'Kathni Karni Ek Si' won the Indian Best Historical Entertainment Film Award.
