Douglas Rowell is an advertising, animation and entertainment industry veteran of 20+ years. He has developed, and produced award-winning entertainment and branded content for Discovery Networks, Disney Channel, Food Network, Nickelodeon, Nintendo, and Sega. He has served as a Creator, Director, Producer, and Executive Producer on main title projects and animated series for ABC, A&E, Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, CBS, Fox Television, HBO, MNET America, NBCU and Warner Bros.
Douglas was the co-founding President of Advertising Week Latin America (AWLATAM), the world's premier event for the marketing, advertising, and technology industries. As founding President he led the market research, development of strategic government, industry, and trade partnerships, as well the 2018 launch of the fourth global edition of Advertising Week in Mexico City.
He has contributed, spoken or been featured in animation, creativity, education and marketing publications and events including The Advertising Club, Advertising Week, Animation World Network, Business Week, BONUS Creative Week MX, Congreso RED 3, Discovery Awards, DM News, Expansión Magazine, KTLA5, Huffington Post, Ideas AMAI, and the ADDYs among others.
