Available across major VOD outlets starting today, we have an exclusive preview of the new horror anthology film Tenants!

"Cranked Up Films in association with 13th Floor Productions and Wallick Productions announced today that their feature length horror anthology Tenants will be released worldwide on major VOD outlets on September 24th, 2024.

The horror film – which features four tales of interwoven terror – was written and produced by Mary O’Neil - who also stars - with segments directed by Buz Wallick (“Psycho Storm Chaser”), Sean Mesler (“Show Us Responding”), Jonathan Lewis (“Sinister Surgeon”) and Blake Reigle (“One of Us”). Additional producers include Jay Black, Bill Spadea, Douglas Vermeeren and Lewis, Mesler and Wallick, the latter two having also co-wrote.

Tenants revolves around the character of Jonie (O’Neil), who after waking up in an unfamiliar apartment complex, finds herself in a desperate search for her sister while being hunted by a shadowy figure.

In the wake of ten new horror movies releasing last week, this week is bringing even more fresh frights to the table. Today alone, Eleven new movies have already been offered up.

Breaking Glass Pictures celebrates Halloween with Hayride to Hell, an indie movie that reunites horror legends Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder. It’s now available on VOD outlets.

Cranked Up has revealed an official trailer for an indie horror anthology feature titled Tenants, featuring "7 Floors of Terror!" This will be debuting on VOD at the end of this month in time for horror season. The mysterious black smoke creepo in this looks pretty cool, but the rest of the segments seem hit or miss, which is the usual with these fun anthology tales.

Here's some more Valentines Day goodness that I thought you might enjoy! This is a new short film called Damn Love, and it takes the lovable holiday down a little darker road.

The short was directed by Blake Reigle and it's a "black, and red, comedy about the lengths a shy man goes to in order to let the apple of his eye know how he truly feels about her. Horribly, his inability to look her dead in the face and communicate his feelings causes a series of unfortunate events that will keep them apart for eternity."

The short stars Ed Ackerman (Hatchet 2, Frozen), Alexis Peters (Hatchet 2, Valentine's Day), and Colton Dunn (Hatchet 2).

Yesterday Bloody-Disgusting was interviewed for a brand new Friday The 13th documentary entitled His Name Was Jason, which is slated to premiere on Starz! in February of 2009 (a week before the release of Platinum Dunes' remake) before hitting DVD soon thereafter from Anchor Bay Entertainment. The doc is being directed by Dan Ferrands, the editor and co-publisher of the incredible Friday interview book, "Crystal Lake Memories" and two Amityville Horror documentaries.
