Paul Debevec is Director of Research at Netflix and Adjunct Professor at USC. His work in photogrammetry, HDRI, image-based lighting, digital actors, and virtual production has received two Academy Sci-Tech Awards, the SMPTE Progress Medal, and a Lifetime Achievement Emmy. His work has contributed to The Matrix, Spider-Man 2, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Avatar, Gravity, Furious 7, and Blade Runner: 2049.
