- Born in Barcelona, Eva García Montiel has also lived in the United States, England, Sweden, Germany, Iceland, Madrid and Gran Canaria.
Eva knew she wanted to be an actress from the age of 7, when she wrote to a well-known radio consultancy to find out what steps they would advise her to take to pursue acting. At the age of 12 she began to participate in the annual school performance and from then until her university days, where she studied Journalism, she participated in various theatre and dance courses, as well as in theatre productions such as Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Molière's The Misanthrope and Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit.
She has felt that now is her time to fully dedicate herself to her passion and she has returned to the acting world with all the energy that characterizes her, which is why she has recently participated in more than 30 short films, has been the voice-over in a production of La Traviata, a supporting actress in the series 'Com si fos ahir' (TV3) and has also continued her training by taking seminars on the Meisner Technique (with Javier Galitó-Cava), at the Corazza Studio (with Óscar Velado), as well as with Andrés Lima, Raquel Pérez and Luci Lenox.
Her co-workers highlight about her: "The willingness to leave her comfort zone by trying out unconventional roles", "the optimism, the joy and the ease with which she creates a good atmosphere", as well as her "initiative (...), energy and desire to play".- IMDb mini biography by: Eva García Montiel
