50-year-old Andy Byron may have successfully earned the position of being the current CEO of Astronomer, a leading New York-based data infrastructure company, but he is currently in troubled waters.
According to reports from TMZ, the latest turn of events has been unfortunate for him as well as Hr head Kristin Cabot, as both are reported to have been suspended. This comes in the wake of their alleged affair getting exposed when the two were snapped getting pretty cozy with a hug on the ‘Kiss Cam’ at a recent Coldplay concert.
While the CEO and Head of Hr are currently being speculated to be guilty of a workplace affair, what’s shocking is that Byron is still married to Megan Kerrigan Byron and has children. Kerrigan works as an Associate Director of Lower School and the Hope of Graham Program admissions at the Bancroft School in Massachusetts.

Streaming has given many films a second chance, especially those that didn't make a profit at the box office or didn't get a release at all. Laura Dern's crime drama is among them.
In 2018, Dern starred in Blood Diamonds' Edward Zwick's biographical crime drama Trial by Fire, which was recently released on Netflix. The film was based on Cameron Todd Willingham's real-life case, and used David Grann's 2009 The New York Times article "Trial by Fire" as a base. Now, the movie has found a second life on streaming and has become a hit on Netflix, Tudum reports.

Reddit never fails to surprise with wild fan theories that bring the best shows together in unexpected ways. One such theory that has been making the rounds lately, despite being originally posted in 2014, suggests that several crime shows exist in a shared universe. The theory connects Sons of Anarchy, Scandal, The Shield, Breaking Bad and House of Cards through characters and potential crossovers. It even goes so far as to suggest that certain events in one show led to events in another.
While it may sound like a stretch, the theory does deliver some interesting points. From the founding of Samcro in Sons of Anarchy to the powerful figures in Scandal, there's a convincing argument for how these shows could exist in parallel timelines, where the characters and events subtly influence one another. However, it’s important to note that this is just speculation, and only two shows have been...

Secret Six writer Gail Simone shares her favorite moment, crediting artist Nicola Scott's talent. Secret Six #10 sees antiheroes Vandal Savage and Bane forge a connection when Bane tries to stop using Venom. The series follows a group of villains, exploring their unique relationships and principles without toning down their potential for evil.
One of the things that makes Batman's villains so fantastic is the fact they are complex characters who have complex desires. One of the greatest examples of this is the character Bane, and there's no better comic to show this than Secret Six - a series beloved by hardcore comic readers, but little-known by mainstream fans. Recently, writer Gail Simone named her favorite scene, and it encapsulates why everyone who loves superheroes should check out the series.

Bane, one of Batman's strongest villains, is envious of Batman's family and is assembling his own group of allies and sidekicks. Bane's first daughter, Vengeance, was introduced in The Joker #15 and becomes his ally. Bane also forms a fatherly bond with Scandal Savage, daughter of Vandal Savage, in the Secret Six series, marking the first instance of Bane taking someone under his wing emotionally.
Crime-fighting families are a bit of a staple in comic books, with the most popular characters — such as Batman — having entire groups of characters around them that support their cause. It seems the villain Bane has taken note of this.
Bane is one of Batman's strongest and most terrifying villains. Bane is not only Batman's physical superior but also his mental equal. It's no wonder that Bane was capable of "breaking" Batman in the iconic Knightfall story when he's as strong and intelligent as he is.

Excitement turns sinister as Nella suspects her co-workers, including new hire Hazel, are plotting against her in Hulu's The Other Black Girl. Nella's life is filled with menial tasks until Hazel's arrival brings a glimmer of hope, but she soon realizes she's being watched and receives hostile notes. Zakiya Dalila Harris draws on her own experiences as a minority in the publishing industry to create a fictional but relatable story in her novel, which inspired the series.
What starts off as excitement over possible workplace bonding turns into something menacing in the first trailer for Hulu's The Other Black Girl. Based on Zakiya Dalila Harris' New York Times Best Selling novel of the same name, The Other Black Girl stars Sinclair Daniel as Nella, an editorial assistant and the only Black girl at her company, a New York City publishing company named Wagner Books. The first of three “Vanderpump Rules” #Scandoval reunion episodes will air on May 24, but for fans who can’t wait that long for the fireworks that Bravo has promised, there’s a tailgating opportunity in the form of a documentary titled “The Randall Scandal: Love, Loathing, and Vanderpump.”
The 90-minute Hulu doc, which begins streaming on May 22, stems from the Los Angeles Times story, “The Man Who Played Hollywood: Inside Randall Emmett’s Crumbling Empire” written by Amy Kaufman and Meg James. The article, published in June 2022, revealed lawsuits, debts and troubling allegations regarding Emmett’s relationships with women, assistants and business partners.
See below for an exclusive clip from the documentary, the first collaboration between L.A. Times Studios and ABC News Studios.

While Batman has one of the largest families in the DC universe, second only to the Flash Family, one of Batman's villains seems to have just as strong of an interest in finding a family as Bruce does. Bane seems to long for a family and past comics prove it.
Bane is a character who was literally born without a family, growing up in the prison of Pena Duro to serve the sentence of a father Bane never knew. Bane learned everything he knew about life through prison, he worked out in the gymnasium, read every single book he could get his hands on and murdered his first man at eight-years-old, using a knife hidden in his toy bear. If you watched the return of Who Do You Think You Are?, those behind it are recognizable to TV fans: Dan Bucatinsky and Lisa Kudrow, who have worked together on and off screen for some time now. While talking to Bucatinsky about bringing the docuseries back now, TV Insider also had him look back on a couple of his memorable roles (Scandal!), discuss working with Kudrow, and address whether or not he could return to A Million Little Things after guest starring last season. James’ death is still one of the hardest to take on Scandal. Dan Bucatinsky: It wasn’t an easy one to take even behind the scenes. [Laughs] But it certainly made for good television and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Getting to play him was such a gift, I have no regrets. The powerful trailer for the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Five Days at Memorial is here and highlights the impact of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath on a hospital in New Orleans, which felt the full impact of the 2005 storm. Based on the book by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Sheri Fink, the series comes from Academy Award winner John Ridley and Emmy-winner Carlton Cuse and revolves around a hospital dealing with the fallout of the devastating Hurricane Katrina. It stars Vera Farmiga (Hawkeye), Cornelius Smith Jr. (Scandal), and Emmy-winner Cherry Jones (The Eyes of Tammy Faye). The trailer (watch below) begins with the deadly hurricane hitting New Orleans before focusing on the Memorial Hospital, where a small group of nurses and caregivers struggle to look after dozens of injured patients. This Young Justice: Phantoms review contains spoilers.
Young Justice Season 4 Episode 8
A series that once ended prematurely and was resurrected by fan passion should not spend so much time on maudlin navel gazing. And yet, here we are with Young Justice: Phantoms, where “I Know Why the Caged Cat Sings” spends most of its run time on infodumps that hint at a Much more interesting series of events and characters than the ones put on screen.
There are two highlights. The episode picks up more or less where the last left off – with a flashback to Artemis and Jade’s earlier days, and then a cut to Cheshire, Tigress, Onyx, Oracle’s invisible drone, and a still-shackled Orphan surrounded by Light goons. Oracle gives us one excuse for an infodump (Orphan needs more time to break out of her chains), so Tigress gets Shiva and Scandal to recap the last...

Young Justice Season 4 Episode 6
It doesn’t take a lot to bring me back in, and Young Justice: Phantoms found the sweet spot this week with “Artemis Through the Looking Glass.” It turns out all they needed to do was toss me a couple of crumbs of Cassandra Cain content and everything would be better.
It helps that this week was actually animated. The story still feels rushed, but the kinetic energy of the show is back to its normal level. A huge chunk of the episode is dedicated to a fight between Black Spider (Young Justice’s Spectacular Spider-Man knockoff) and Rictus from the League of Shadows, and Tigress, Onyx, Scandal Savage, Orphan, and Cheshire on the other side. Tigress had brought in Cheshire last week to help her figure out which of Onyx and Scandal was a potential mole, and they...

Abigail Spencer is reuniting with Krista Vernoff, the showrunner of Grey's Anatomy.
ABC announced Thursday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that Spencer is joining the cast of forthcoming drama series Rebel.
Spencer will recur as Misha, “a brilliant cardiothoracic surgeon who has a painful romantic history with Nate (Fear the Walking Dead‘s Kevin Zegers), but can’t resist getting involved with studying the Stonemore heart valve for fear that she may have inadvertently harmed hundreds of patients,” reads the character description.
The series is inspired by the life of Erin Brockovich.
Annie ‘Rebel’ Bello (Sagal) is a blue-collar legal advocate without a law degree on the series.
She’s a funny, messy, brilliant and fearless woman who cares desperately about the causes she fights for and the people she loves.
When Rebel applies herself to a fight she believes in, she will win at almost any cost.

When Daily Dead took part in a Locke & Key roundtable call earlier this year, co-showrunner (along with Carlton Cuse) Meredith Averill said that they have "...stories for a few seasons to come percolating in our brains...", and it looks like that statement is becoming a reality, because not only was the show renewed for a second season back in March, it's now been renewed for a third season by Netflix before the second season has even premiered.
Multiple outlets are reporting the renewal news, including The Hollywood Reporter, along with the announcement that Meredith Averill has signed a deal with Netflix for "TV and other projects."
Here's what co-showrunner Cuse had to say about the season 3 renewal (via THR):
"We have some incredible adventures in store for the Locke family in season 3, and could not be more excited to continue telling our story with our great partners at Netflix.

In an industry often criticized for its obsession with youth in front of the camera, it has been nice to see accomplished veterans Catherine O’Hara, Judith Light and Katey Sagal attracting multiple offers at the onset of the 2020 broadcast pilot season. Sagal already made her choice, committing to play the lead in ABC’s high-profile drama pilot Rebel, from Krista Vernoff.
As broadcast networks and studios begin to go down their wish lists, reaching out to A-list actors for pilot leads, they also are facing anxiety over whether they will be able to land the big names they are after and how much it will cost.
Because of the proliferation of deep-pocketed streaming platforms that have driven salaries up to $1 million an episode for A-listers on new shows, it has been harder for broadcasters to attract top talent, especially on the drama side. Last season, they raised the salary bar,...
