The 39-year-old Russian supermodel carried her little pooch while out on a coffee run with a friend on Wednesday afternoon (January 8).

For her outing, Irina bundled up in a black fur and leather jacket with a black scarf wrapped around her head paired with black pants, gloves, and sunglasses.

Just a few days earlier, Irina celebrated her 39th birthday on Monday, Jan. 6.

“Thank you so much for all my Bday wishes and love! The best way to start 2025!❤️” Irina wrote on Instagram along with several photos out celebrating her birthday with friends along with a huge flower arrangement she received.
