Lacin Ceylan was born in Izmir. He graduated from Izmir Private Turkish College. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department in 1989. Between 1991 and 1993, she completed his master 's degree education by presenting his dissertation entitled "Dictation in the direction of rational and physical effects". She made Cuneyt Gökçer's assistant. Between 1993-1998, she entered acting and voice education classes at the Ankara State Conservatory. She played in hit period series "Hatirla Sevgili".
