R. Baxter is a Los Angeles, California-based comedian and actor.
Wisconsin born and raised, Baxter made a bold move and decided to leave
his parents basement and head west. He can often be seen at the Improv
and Comedy Store where he is a paid regular. He can also be spotted in
numerous television commercials. When not performing he can be found at
home, being really nice to puppy dogs and children, oh yeah and
polishing his craft of sarcasm!
