‘Last Breath’ DVD Review
Image
Stars: Finn Cole, Woody Harrelson, Simu Liu, Cliff Curtis, Mark Bonnar, MyAnna Buring | Written by Alex Parkinson, Mitchell Lafortune, David Brooks | Directed by Alex Parkinson

Directed by Alex Parkinson, Last Breath is a big-screen adaptation of his 2019 documentary of the same name, retelling the harrowing true story of Chris Lemons, a deep-sea (saturation) diver who survived an unbelievable 29 minutes without oxygen 300 feet beneath the North Sea in 2012. Starring Finn Cole as Lemons, Woody Harrelson as veteran diver Duncan Allcock, and Simu Liu as the stoic Dave Yuasa, this survival thriller aims to plunge audiences into the claustrophobic, high-stakes world of deep-sea diving.

The film’s premise is as straightforward as it is terrifying. During a seemingly routine maintenance operation on a North Sea gas pipeline, a hefty storm causes a catastrophic failure in the vessel’s Dynamic Positioning System (Dps), which causes the ship to drift, dragging the diving bell...

‘Last Breath’ Is a Real-Life Disaster Movie Desperate for More Oxygen
Image
The job description “professional diver” doesn’t do justice to what Chris Lemons did for a living. The 32-year-old native of Edinburgh was part of an elite group of aquanauts known as saturation divers, who were responsible for fixing and maintaining the 20,000 miles of pipeline that rest on the ocean floor. He often descended to depths up to 10,000 feet below the surface, in freezing temperatures and highly pressurized environments. It is rightfully considered one of the single most dangerous gigs on the planet (next to firefighters, cobra tamers, and being...

Movie Review: Last Breath
Image
At first glance, a narrative remake of an already dramatic documentary centered around the life-and-death struggles of three deep-sea divers might seem like an ill-conceived notion, but Alex Parkinson’s dramatic rendition of Last Breath somehow manages to not only capture, but heighten, the exhilaration of its predecessor and prove itself to be a fairly hefty thriller in its own right.

The story follows the exploits of a group of deep-sea divers who have been hired to repair the damaged portions of the miles of underwater pipelines hundreds of feet below the ocean’s surface. This particular job goes south when Finn (Chris Lemons) finds himself trapped in the depths of the ocean as his crewmates – Duncan (Woody Harrelson) and Dave (Simu Liu) – try desperately to save him before he runs out of oxygen.

Director Alex Parkinson does wonders adapting the 2019 documentary of the same title that he co-directed with...

‘Last Breath’ Review: A Riveting Rescue with Stellar Performances
Image
Finn Cole, Woody Harrelson, and Simu Liu in ‘Last Breath’ (Photo Credit: Mark Cassar © 2024 Focus Features LLC)

Deep sea diving ranks as one of the world’s most hazardous occupations. Back in 2012, Chris Lemons faced certain death while doing his job as one. Lemons’ life-or-death encounter unfolds in the dramatic film Last Breath.

The movie opens with Chris (Finn Cole) telling his fiancée, Morag (Bobby Rainsbury), that he’s going on a month-long deep-sea dive. Attempting to soothe his worried bride-to-be, he compares his job to being an astronaut but underwater, a comparison that fails to ease her fears.

Chris, along with his friend, veteran diver Duncan (Woody Harrelson), and no-nonsense diver Dave (Simu Liu), undertakes a saturation dive to repair a pipeline in the North Sea. The job should be straightforward and routine. But when the support ship gets hit with a storm, it loses power to the engines.

‘Last Breath’ Review – Based on a True Story Survival Thriller Won’t Leave You Breathless
Image
The opening of Last Breath, a grim scene of a deep sea saturation diver spasming from oxygen deprivation at the bottom of the ocean, signals a nail-biting survival thriller ahead. That Last Breath is also based on the 2019 documentary of the same name, which in turn details the 2012 account of a major saturation diving accident in the North Sea, further suggests a gripping watch centered around a frantic rescue facing impossible odds. As the film then rewinds to establish the events that lead up to this harrowing scene, however, what should’ve been an intense, breathless scenario instead becomes flattened by its broad, detached documentarian approach to illuminating a rarely observed yet highly dangerous job.

Tenured divers Duncan Allcock (Woody Harrelson) and David Yuasa (Simu Liu) are teamed with relative newcomer Chris Lemons (Finn Cole) on a routine assignment to maintain a pipeline at the bottom of the ocean nearly 100 meters deep.

Last Breath Review — Woody Harrelson and Simu Liu’s Underwater Survival Thriller is Generic
Image
Last Breath tells the story of the miraculous journey to save a diver on a mission gone wrong. It’s one of those schlocky survival thriller films with an ending about as obvious as its dialogue and without a clear sense of artistic style. With two pretty big names attached to it without a whole lot to do on their own and a story that’s about as generic as it can get, this is the quintessential February release: a film without much to keep it memorable but just enough action to be moderately exciting.

Last Breath Review

Adapted from the 2019 documentary of the same name, Last Breath is a recreation of a 2012 diving accident far larger than life. If you weren’t aware, large oil lines run through the ocean’s depths. To keep that oil running and keep nations powered, brave divers go on missions to maintain them once a year.

The Witcher Season 4 Is Set To Continue The Show's Biggest Character Complaint With Or Without Henry Cavill
Image
Netflix’s The Witcher is preparing for its fourth season, which is its most challenging one so far, mostly due to its Geralt of Rivia recast, but this season is set to continue one of the show's biggest complaints with or without Henry Cavill. The Witcher had a strong start on Netflix in 2019, becoming one of the platform’s biggest releases, but its second season drew a lot of backlash. The Witcher season 2 made many changes to its source material that affected some of its main characters. Season 3 mostly fixed this problem, but it made way for others.

Thanks to the events of season 3 and its ending, The Witcher season 4 will cover some of the books’ darkest storylines, but it’s also facing other challenges created by the show. The biggest challenge of season 4 is its Geralt recast, as Liam Hemsworth will make his debut as Geralt of Rivia, and...

'The Witcher' Star Graham McTavish Says Netflix Series Is "Lucky" to Have Liam Hemsworth
Image
The Witcher fans are still desperate to see Liam Hemsworth's Geralt in action. While we anxiously await the first trailer for Season 4 of Netflix's incredibly popular and divisive fantasy adaptation, Graham McTavish promises that even the most die-hard Henry Cavill fans will love Hemsworth's portrayal of Geralt. McTavish plays Sigismund Dijkstra, the Redanian spy in the series, working closely with Henry Cavill in the first three seasons. After Cavill departed from the show following Season 3, Liam Hemsworth stepped in to wield the silver sword.

Speaking to The Nerd Shepherd, Graham McTavish said fans will love Liam Hemsworth's performance, and expressed his thoughts about Netflix replacing Henry Cavill. "I cant really tell you too much about that because they [Netflix] would kill me," when asked for plot details about Season 3. But, the actor didn't hold back in his praise for Hemsworth. McTavish said:

"I can tell you that I worked with Liam Hemsworth,...

'The Witcher' Fans Still Have One Reason to Be Excited for the Netflix Show
Image
The Witcher is fighting an uphill battle going into its final two seasons. Die-hard fans have reminded their friends and families that Henry Cavill was the only person to play Geralt of Rivia way too many times, alongside the myriad of other issues facing the loose adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski's novels. But Cavill is gone (he's likely too busy playing Space Marine 2), and Liam Hemsworth is in as the new White Wolf. Some have already written off Hemsworth and Season 4. But he could be the saving grace the show desperately needs.

Why did fans love Henry Cavill so much? As well as being the internet's boyfriend, Cavill was a massive fan of the franchise before joining the show. He had reportedly played The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt a dozen times and dove straight into the novels after that. The Man of Steel star is hailed as the shining...

Quick Links The Witcher Season 4 Faces an Uphill Battle With Fans The Witcher Season 4 Will Need to Be Flawless to Satisfy Fans

Based on the Polish novels by Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher has quickly become one of Netflixs biggest series. The show follows the adventures of Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill) as he navigates a fictional, medieval-inspired world known as the Continent and battles droves of monsters in return for coins. Linked by destiny to Princess Cirilla of Cintra, known as Ciri (Freya Allan), he becomes her protector and de facto adoptive father thanks to an ancient custom known as the Law of Surprise. Powerful in her own right, Ciri possesses abilities no one has seen in centuries. As a result, many across the Continent aim to use her for their own political purposes. Because of this, Geralt enlists the help of a powerful sorceress named Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), who he also happens to love,...

The Witcher Star Seemingly Confirms Season 4 Filming Wrap
Image
It looks like principal photography on The Witcher Season 4 has concluded. Freya Allan, who portrays Ciri in the Netflix series, has shared a heartfelt post on social media that seemingly suggests that filming has wrapped for the upcoming season.

In an Instagram post, Allan shared hand-drawn illustrations of the actors who portray The Rats in the Netflix series Christelle Elwin, Aggy K. Adams, Ben Radcliffe, Juliette Alexandra, Fabian McCallum, and Connor Crawford. "Mistle, Iskra, Giselher, Reef, Kayleigh, Asse. I love you all. Thank you for the most special season of [The Witcher]," read the caption. While Allan's post doesn't definitively confirm that filming has been completed, its timing aligns with a comment made by new The Witcher lead Liam Hemsworth, who shared at the start of October that there was still about three weeks of filming left on Season 4.

The Witcher Star Freya Allan Teases Production Wrap on Season 4
Image
Season 4 of Netflix's The Witcher has potentially wrapped production, as revealed by Freya Allan in an emotional post on social media. Allan stars as Ciri, the last surviving royal of Cintra who was taken in by Geralt of Rivia and trained to be a Witcher. Despite Season 4's production being hit with some major casting issues, it appears that Netflix has overcome the hump and shooting may have wrapped on the penultimate season of the popular fantasy series.

Allan shared some hand-drawn sketches of her co-stars on Instagram, possibly confirming that the actress has wrapped shooting on Season 4. The drawings showcase her Rats co-stars. At the end of Season 3, Ciri escaped the Frying Pan desert and was taken in by the ragtag group of teenage criminals. "Mistle, Iskra, Giselher, Reef, Kayleigh, Asse. I love you all. Quick Links The Witcher Season 4 Has Lost Another Cast Member It's Time to Cut The Witcher Franchise Loose

Production is currently underway on the fourth season of Netflix's The Witcher adaptation. Based on the beloved novels by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, Season 1 was released in 2019 to a relatively positive reception. Starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher follows the titular mutated monster hunter as he begrudgingly finds himself taking care of a young princess who is being hunted by the rulers of every major leader on The Continent. Unfortunately, the subsequent two seasons received far worse reviews and reactions from fans. While critics seemingly agree that the series improved in its following seasons, the fan base's consensus has been increasingly pessimistic. Season 1 sat at an 89% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. But Season 2 saw that jump down to 54%, and Season 3 plummeted to just 19%.

The Witcher Star Kim Bodnia Exits the Netflix Series Ahead of Season 4
Image
There's more bad news for fans of The Witcher, as it's not just Henry Cavill who has bid farewell to The Continent. While Netflix has already found their new White Wolf in Liam Hemsworth, the studio will also have to look for another core Witcher, as Kim Bodnia, who plays Vesemir in the series, will not be returning for the final two seasons. Bodnia portrayed the beloved Witcher tutor in Season 2, as Geralt returned to Kaer Morhen (the Witchers' keep) with Ciri (Freya Allen) and Triss Merigold (Anna Shaffer).

A new report from Redanian Intelligence has confirmed that Kim Bodnia will not play Vesemir in the upcoming fourth season of The Witcher. It did not cite a reason why the Killing Eve star stepped away from the hit fantasy series. The Witcher Set Photos Reveal New Look At Liam Hemsworth As Geralt & First Glimpse Of A New Character
Image
Netflix recently revealed our first official look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia with a brief teaser promo for season 4 of The Witcher, but some new set photos give us arguably our best look yet at the actor fully suited-up as the titular monster hunter.

The shoot is believed to be winding down, with scenes for the final two episodes being filmed in North Wales around Llanberis, near Padarn Lake.

The recent third season of Netflix's fantasy adventure series was original Geralt actor Henry Cavill's last, as the Man of Steel star announced his decision to part ways with the streamer's adaptation of the best-selling novels back in 2022.

Hemsworth (The Hunger Games) will take over as Geralt from season 4 on, and these snaps show the actor standing alongside Laurence Fishburne, who will make his debut in season 4 as Regis. The photos also feature Meng’er Zhang as Milva, Eamon Farren as Cahir,...

30 Best British TV Detectives of All Time
Image
Welcome to the daily briefing, move along and take a seat, quick as you can, please. As you may see from the ludicrously overpopulated suspect wall behind me, we’re on the lookout for someone very special here. These particular characters are all known killers, in that they’ve been killing it on screen as British TV detectives, some of them for decades. We’re here to find their boss, the kingpin, the very best of the best.

Intelligence says that this character is British, so please discount your Columbos, Sarah Lunds, Maigrets, Poirots and Wallanders, even if they are known suspects. We’re also confident that this person works mostly alone, so double-acts of the Dalziel and Pascoe, Dempsey and Makepeace, Scott and Bailey, Rosemary and Thyme or Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) variety are not to be included in the search. Nor are criminal profilers, otherwise we’d obviously...

Roush Review: Martin Freeman Returns as a Conflicted ‘Responder’
Image
Martin Freeman‘s brilliant career encompasses comedy (the original U.K. The Office), drama, and epic fantasy (The Hobbit trilogy). But few roles in his impressive catalogue have been as unsparingly realistic and raw as that of The Responder‘s Chris Carson, the conflicted and emotionally exhausted police officer working the soul-crushing night shift in gritty Liverpool. He won an International Emmy for The Responder‘s first season, and Season 2 (with two episodes premiering weekly) plunges Carson even deeper into perilous rabbit holes of deception and frustration. Chris, demoted from his former rank of Inspector, has one goal this season: to land a day job on the force that would keep him closer to his estranged wife (MyAnna Buring), who threatens to move to London with their adorable daughter (Romi Hyland-Rylands), whose first communion is approaching. But his complicated dealings with shady cops and local ...

These 2 Netflix Franchises Make Me Nervous For Greta Gerwigs Chronicles Of Narnia
Image
Greta Gerwig's Narnia films have potential with her artistic vision and faithful adaptation to C.S. Lewis's books. Recent Netflix fantasy franchises like The Witcher raise concerns about deviations from the source material. Netflix's decisions on Rebel Moon show the importance of full creative control and staying true to the original vision.

I'm on board for Greta Gerwig's Chronicles of Narnia movies, though there are some recent Netflix franchises that raise concerns about how the adaptations could be handled. I was the perfect age for Disney's Narnia adaptations upon their release in the 2000s, and I'll always hold some consideration for them as fun, light-hearted fantasy movies. However, I feel like it's fair to admit that they're not as definitive of adaptations as Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy or the Harry Potter series, which arrived around the same time. That opens the door for Greta Gerwig's Narnia movies.

The Witcher Season 4 Set Photos Reveal First Look At Liam Hemsworth As Geralt Of Rivia
Image
More photos from the set of The Witcher season 4 have been shared online, and this time we have an actual first glimpse of Liam Hemsworth suited-up as Geralt of Rivia!

The recent third season of Netflix's fantasy adventure series was original Geralt actor Henry Cavill's last, as the Man of Steel star announced his decision to part ways with the streamer's adaptation of the best-selling novels back in 2022.

Hemsworth (The Hunger Games) will take over as the titular monster hunter from season 4 on, and a recent photo from the set featured his stunt-double Joel Adrian in-costume. Adrian looked enough like Hemsworth to fool a lot of people, but these snaps spotlight the man himself.

The photos show Hemsworth as Geralt doing battle with Vilgefortz (Mahesh Jadu), and appear to be recreating a scene from season 3 which saw the mage emerge victorious. There is also one shot of Geralt...

The Witcher: Liam Hemsworth's Stunt Double Suits-Up As Geralt In New Season 4 Set Photo
Image
The recent third season of The Witcher was Henry Cavill's last, as the Man of Steel actor announced his decision to part ways with Netflix's adaptation of the best-selling fantasy novels back in 2022.

Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games) will take over as Geralt of Rivia from season 4 on, and a new photo from the season 4 set gives us a first look at the updated costume the actor will don for the role.

Though the image did fool us at first, this is not actually Hemsworth himself (although he does look quite a bit like him), but his stunt-double Joel Adrian.

During a recent interview with Collider, co-star Freya Allan said she's looking forward to seeing what Hemsworth brings to the role, but is also concerned about the level of fan backlash he's sure to receive.

“I don’t want to speak for him, but from what I’ve understood,...

The Responder Series 1 Recap: Chris, Casey & Marco, Rachel, Jodie and Deb Barnes
Image
At the start of The Responder’s first series, written by ex-police officer Tony Schumacher, the cracks were already showing in Martin Freeman’s police officer Chris Carson. He was depressed, angry, and having panic attacks.

A former inspector who’d been demoted to response policing when his squad came under suspicion of corruption, Chris had spent the last three years working night patrols in Liverpool city centre. He was unpopular at work and considered a loose cannon best left alone. His shift pattern meant that he barely saw his wife Kate (MyAnna Buring) and their young daughter Tilly. His wages couldn’t cover the fees at the care home for his dementia-suffering mother (Rita Tushingham). He wanted to be a good bobby, but under-funded public services made him at best, a sticking plaster on the desperate needs of his drug-flooded and impoverished community.

For help, Chris had turned to...

The Responder series 2 | Trailer released for BBC police drama
Martin Freeman
Martin Freeman returns for The Responder series 2, which is heading to the BBC in early May: here’s the trailer for the show.

The first series of psychological drama The Responder held a mirror up to the emotional extremes of life on the front line of British policing. Written by former Merseyside police officer Tony Schumacher, the show was equal parts a thrilling police procedural and intense character study, with a tour de force performance by Martin Freeman at the centre. It was one of the biggest dramas of 2022, winning Freeman an International Emmy for Best Actor and several BAFTA nominations. Half of the first series was directed by Philip Barantini, who went on to direct the brilliant Boiling Point.

Set and filmed in Liverpool, it followed Chris Carter, an inspector, as he gets demoted and begins working the night shift. The drama interspersed scenes of Chris tackling various crimes...

The Descent Ending Explained: Can You Climb Out Of That Pit?
Image
"Six women go spelunking" doesn't necessarily read as a great logline for a horror movie, but Neil Marshall's "The Descent" takes that premise and crafts an unforgettable exercise in terror. As the saying goes, it's a B-movie with A+ filmmaking.

Being trapped underground combines two common fears, confinement and darkness, and in "The Descent," the heavy shadows only reinforce the claustrophobia. Marshall and his cinematographer Sam McCurdy chose to light the film's sets (a facsimile of a real cave system built and shot at Pinewood Studios) primarily with the characters' flashlights. Even color choices — some frames are filtered entirely red or green — are used diegetically from those lights or flares.

As the characters get deeper and deeper into the cave, darkness subsumes each and every frame. It needs to, for the whole reason a cave is a scary setting is because of what you can't see. And yet, Marshall...

10 The Witcher Characters, Ranked Worst To Best
Image
The Witcher's biggest strength is its characters, with Geralt, Yennefer, Ciri, and Jaskier standing out among the rest. Other interesting characters include Sigismund Dijkstra, Tissaia de Vries, Cahir, Emperor Ehmyr, and Vesemir. Yennefer, Ciri. Jaskier, and Geralt are the most compelling characters, with their relationships with each other adding depth to the show.

The biggest strength of Netflix's The Witcher is the show's characters, but how do they rank against one another? Since season 1, The Witcher's cast of characters has remained largely the same. Geralt of Rivia has persisted as the titular monster hunter, aided by his trust allies Ciri, Yennefer of Vengerberg, and Jaskier the bard. While The Witcher is often criticized for the show's lack of fidelity to the source material, many would agree that the cast responsible for bringing the characters to life is a shining light of the Netflix adaptation.

That said, the show's...

10 TV Shows Whose Timelines Are Way More Confusing Than They Need To Be
Image
Several TV shows have unnecessarily confusing timelines, with non-linear storytelling, flashbacks, and flash-forwards contributing to the confusion. Shows like The Witcher, Lost, and Westworld stand out for their particularly confusing timelines, jumping between different periods and timelines. While some shows manage to make their complex timelines satisfying once understood, others could benefit from simplifying their narratives and focusing on one timeline or universe at a time, like Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Fringe.

It's not uncommon for TV shows to employ complicated timelines, but there are a few shows whose timelines are far more confusing than they need to be. Non-linear narrative structures have become increasingly common, which is one easy way for a show's timeline to become more complicated than necessary. Sometimes, this type of storytelling can enhance a narrative by increasing dramatic tension, other times it just befuddles audiences, making it difficult to know what's going on even in great TV shows.

How The Witcher's Anya Chalotra And Freya Allan Made Sense Of Ciri's Season 3 Arc
Image
Some of the best scenes in "The Witcher" season 3 fast-track the show's central relationships. After two seasons spent splitting up and reuniting, Princess Ciri (Freya Allan), Geralt of Rivera (Henry Cavill), and the powerful sorceress Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) were finally in one place -- and surprisingly happy. There was still some bad blood about that whole 'Yen almost sacrificed Ciri to a Baba Yaga-esque demon' thing, sure, but "The Witcher" pretty swiftly moved past it. The season premiere features a surprisingly endearing montage of the group evading detection together, all while Yen trains Ciri to be the hero she's meant to become.

These scenes worked well thanks to the cohesion of the core cast, who all have a familial chemistry that makes even a sped-up bonding experience look sweet and believable. According to Chalotra, though, it took some coordination between the actors to get the bond between Ciri...

One Witcher Season 3 Scene Was Even Sadder For MyAnna Buring Than Tissaia's Death
Image
"The Witcher" star MyAnna Buring was prepared for her character to die from day one. "I'd known that this would happen in season three from the very, very beginning," the actress told Insider in the wake of the Netflix show's heartbreaking third season conclusion. After all, the Aretuza headmistress and mother figure to Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) dies tragically near the end of Andrzej Sapkowski's "Time of Contempt," the book whose climax the adaptation has been hurling towards for some time now.

"Season one, I was very clear what would happen in season three, so I think when I first read the scene, I was quite pragmatic about it," Buring told the outlet. "I was like, 'Okay, that's the scene. That's how they've chosen to do it. Great. I understand. That's lovely.'" The scene in question is certainly more heartbreaking than its literary counterpart, given the warmth with which...

Yennefer's Most Important Witcher Season 3 Moment, According To Anya Chalotra
Image
This post contains spoilers for "The Witcher" season 3.

The back half of "The Witcher" season 3 feels as much like a beginning as it does an ending. While the three-episode second volume of the Netflix fantasy series wrapped up some plots, it used others as a jumping-off point from which to build the rest of the ongoing series. Just as Andrzej Sapkowski's novel "Time of Contempt" burns some of its world to the ground to start fresh -- sending Ciri on a formative journey of reinvention, assassinating Redania's king, and demolishing the Brotherhood of Sorcerers completely -- so does the TV adaptation.

"The Witcher" also paves the way for a storyline in which Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) parts from Geralt to take her own path back towards Ciri (Freya Allan). The trio of lead characters undergoes many a shifting power dynamic and personal transformation throughout Sapkowski's book series, but few moments...

Tissaia Actor Reacts To Her Character's Big Witcher Season 3 Moment
Image
Warning! Spoilers ahead for The Witcher season 3.

This article contains mention of suicide.

Where to Watch Powered by Tissaia's death was a dramatic departure at the end of The Witcher season 3, and MyAnna Buring knew it was coming since it's based on the books. Buring expressed emotional attachment to the character and gratitude for her journey in the fantasy series. While Tissaia's passing is tragic, it's also a celebration that viewers got to know her, and new stories can now blossom and grow.

Image
[This interview was conducted prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike authorization.] With The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 now out, fans know how Henry Cavill‘s last appearance as Geralt of Rivia was staged. In the video above, we’re looking back at the full season with The Witcher stars as they shared their favorite sets and filming locations for the Netflix fantasy series’ third installment. For MyAnna Buring (who plays Tissaia), the answer was simple. “Aretuza sets are always my favorite, always,” she declared. “I mean, they’re usually where I hang out. But I have to say, in this season, oh boy, Slovenia.” “Slovenia was incredible,” added Therica Wilson Read, who plays Sabrina. “Absolutely wild,” Buring echoed, noting that there was “one particular [castle] set” that stood out in her memory. Joey Batey (Jaskier), Freya Allan (Cirilla), and Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) shared next, but they didn’t see eye to eye on one particular location. “We all loved Wales,...
