      Wayne Morgan is a twenty-three-year veteran of the Federal Government. A member of the United States Naval Academy, Class of 1998, Morgan is currently serving his 5th elected term as the Secretary of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association for the State of Louisiana. Morgan holds a bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement with a minor in Forensic Science from Western Oregon University, where he was elected Vice-President of both the National Law Enforcement Honor Society and the Western Oregon Criminal Justice Club. Morgan is currently pursuing his master's degree in Business Administration at Louisiana State University.

      Born in Eugene, Oregon, Morgan joined the US Navy in the "Delayed Entry Program" while still in High School. After graduating from Churchill High School, Morgan reported to Navy basic training "Boot Camp" in San Diego, earning the leadership position of Master-at-Arms. After graduating from "Boot Camp", Morgan attended the Naval School of Health Sciences, Hospital Corpsman 'A' School in San Diego, earning the designation of Hospital Corpsman. Morgan's first duty station was the National Naval Medical Center in Maryland where he worked in the pediatric acute care clinic. During this time, Morgan was hand selected for collateral duty as a VIP/Admiral Escort. Morgan earned a Secretary of the Navy nomination to attend the United States Naval Academy and in preparation attended the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School in Rhode Island where he played Football as a Running Back. After graduating, Morgan received a Presidential Appointment to attend the United States Naval Academy. Morgan served several years in the Military before becoming injured and receiving an Honorable discharge. Morgan is a 100% Service-Connected Disabled Veteran.

      After serving in the Navy, Morgan continued his education by attending Western Oregon University, George Mason University, Coastal Carolina University and Lane Community College. While attending Western Oregon University, Morgan completed an Internship with the Salem Police Department resulting in part time employment with the Salem Police Department Crime Lab. Later, Morgan became a Deputy Sheriff for the Polk County Sheriff's Office. At the Basic Police Academy, Morgan graduated 2nd in his class while holding the leadership position of Squad Leader.

      As a direct result of the events of September 11, 2001, Morgan took a contract overseas at Army Central Command in QATAR as a Force Protection Specialist. After serving in the Middle East for almost a year, Morgan returned to the United States and took a position as Security Specialist for the Department of the Navy bringing him to Louisiana. While working as a Security Specialist, Morgan volunteered to serve as a St. Tammany Parish Reserve Deputy Sheriff in his personal time. Morgan's ongoing Federal and Law Enforcement Career includes tours of duty for the Department of the Navy at Stennis Space Center; for the Department of the Army in the Law Enforcement and Security office of Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans; as a Police Officer for the Pearl River Police Department; as an Immigration Officer for the US Citizenship and Immigration Services; as a Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Officer for the Department of Homeland Security and currently as an Investigator for the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New Orleans. Morgan is also serving as the Sgt at Arms for the union (AFGE) in New Orleans. Morgan is about to retire from the Federal Service as a Federal Investigator with 23 years of experience.

      In addition to his Federal Career, Morgan has also been actively involved in the Film Industry. A member of the Screen Actors Guild and a stuntman, Morgan has appeared in numerous films and television shows. Morgan is founder and President of The HURD (Helping yoU Reach Dreams) Casting Network, LLC. The HURD serves as a network to assists actors and others wanting to get involved in the Film Industry and serves as an advocate for the Film Community in Louisiana. Morgan also serves as Director of the non- profit organization Louisiana Produces, which promotes the production of film and television in Louisiana and assists those in the industry to increase their professionalism, expertise and find employment by sponsoring events and meetings for training and networking.

      An avid Entrepreneur, Morgan teamed with Entertainment Attorney Murray Roth to form Upperline Entertainment, LLC to begin producing films and assisting other production companies and studios with their film and television projects in Louisiana. He serves as President of Upperline Entertainment. Morgan has performed extensively in film and television since 2002. In addition to acting in such films as "The Dukes of Hazzard", "Deja Vu", "Blonde Ambition", "Labou", and "The Open Road", this native of Eugene, Oregon has also worked in just about every job description on a film set including Bodyguard, Casting Director, Locations Manager, Assistant Director and Producer. A resident of New Orleans Morgan is also actively involved in the burgeoning Louisiana film industry as the Director of the non-profit organization, Louisiana Produces, which promotes the production of film and television shows in Louisiana. Wayne has teamed up with Quinton Aaron (Big Mike from the film THE BLIND SIDE) and is a Producer for Nomadic Leo Entertainment. Additionally, Morgan founded "My Action Team, LLC" with Dr. Amber Williams Dalton to help bring positive energy and light to people by developing positive and uplifting content.

      Morgan serves as Bodyguard for numerous celebrities (such as Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg and many others), serves on the Safety Team of his Church and serves as the Manager of 5-time world tag team champion, wrestler "Buff Bagwell". Morgan is also actively involved in the Leadership of numerous other Film Industry Committees, Groups, Meetups and Organizations.

      Morgan frequently does work as a Public Speaker and Motivator and has been a guest lecturer at the University of New Orleans, Tulane University and other Louisiana Schools.

      In his spare time, Morgan is a single father who enjoys spending time with his four children, volunteering as a Football Coach, Baseball Coach and Cub Scout Den Leader for his son and as a Softball Coach for his daughter. Morgan also enjoys reading motivational and inspirational books and helping other people in the pursuit of their Dreams.

      Morgan is proud of the fact that all three of his daughters have graduated High School and have been admitted to Louisiana State University where his oldest just graduated from Grad School and is now a teacher. His youngest daughter starts Louisiana State University in the Fall.
