Her husband Jacek "Luter" Lenartowicz was a musician and co-founder of the legendary Polish punk rock bands Deadlock and Tilt. Then he emigrated to the Netherlands to study at the film school there and become a professional screenwriter. Jacek Lenartowicz died after a long illness of brain cancer in 2004.
