The house from Cheaper by the Dozen is now a gothic-style mansion that is being offered for sale by celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D...and it doesn't come cheap. Disney prefers Dahl's 'Blonde'
Walt Disney Pictures has pre-emptively picked up movie rights to the upcoming book Beyond the Blonde and has set Lucy Dahl to adapt. Mike Tollin and Brian Robbins are producing via their Tollin/Robbins Prods. along with the shingle's Sharla Sumpter. The book, written by Kathleen Flynn-Hui, is a romantic comedy set in the world of a New York salon. It will be published in September by Warner Books. Sumpter and Lauren Wagner are developing the project for Tollin/Robbins, while Karen Glass and Todd Murata oversee for Disney.
