Bluma Appell was born on 4 September 1919 in Montreal, Québec, Canada. She was a writer, known for The 4th Annual Canadian Comedy Awards (2003), 90 Minutes Live (1976) and The 5th Annual Canadian Comedy Awards (2004). She was married to Brian. She died on 14 July 2007 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
