During a presentation at the Annecy Animation Festival today, Sony Pictures Animation unveiled the voice cast for its upcoming feature, “Goat,” an original action-comedy slated to hit theaters on Feb. 13, 2026. From the studio behind “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” and in collaboration with NBA great Stephen Curry’s Unanimous Media and Modern Magic, “Goat” brings to life a world where the fiercest animals compete in the high-octane sport of roarball, and a diminutive goat dares to dream big.
Directed by Tyree Dillihay – who co-hosted the day’s presentation with producer Michelle Raimo Kouyate – and co-directed by Adam Rosette, the film celebrates the spirit of the underdog with a story steeped in the energy of basketball culture.
Leading the cast is “Stranger Things” star Caleb McLaughlin, voicing Will Harris, the titular “Goat,” a small-framed but big-hearted dreamer determined to prove he belongs in the Roar League, where speed and ferocity rule the court.

This year’s Met Gala theme was a tricky one — Black Dandyism — and the invitation didn’t come with any instructions. Guests were mostly left to their own devices to interpret what exactly that meant on the red carpet. And boy, did some of them interpret, with jaw-dropping looks ascending the Met’s 154-foot staircase.
Still, it was almost as if Anna Wintour had sent out a secret group chat (she didn’t, unless Jeffrey Goldberg knows something), with outfits following some very clear themes. Many women arrived with gleaming, Joesphine Baker-style marcel waves, while a lot of men sported glossy hair, top hats and tails that trailed like wedding trains. Everybody carried accessories galore — including one that looked suspiciously like a large garbage bag.

Quinta Brunson made her Saturday Night Live with a shorty celebration that conjured a 5′ pop icon.
During this weekend’s episode of the NBC sketch comedy show, the Golden Globe winner used her opening monologue to perform a song about being 4’11”, for which she was joined by Sabrina Carpenter and other special guests.
“Yeah, that’s right, I’m short. It’s Ok,” she said. “They even tried to cast me as a kid on Abbott Elementary, and I wrote that. But I love being short, and I want other short people to know the sky’s the limit. So shorties, tonight, this one’s for us.”
After being presented with a comically tall microphone stand, Brunson launches into a song about how “there’s nothing wrong with being short,” listing some famous shorties in the lyrics.

Quinta Brunson may be short, but she knows how to make a big splash.
The Abbott Elementary star hosted this week’s Saturday Night Live, and in her monologue, she revealed she’s been looked down upon a lot in her life — maybe because she’s only 4’11”. But she’s proud of being short, and she sang a song dedicated to all her fellow “shorties,” listing off all the advantages of being tiny. (She can get wasted on only one glass of wine!) She also gave a shout-out to famous short people like Olympic champ Simone Biles (4’8″) and rap superstar...

The host then launched into a song about her height: “Being short is amazing, being short is just fine. I’m a cheap date cause I get wasted off of one glass of wine.”

Jenna Bush Hager gave her latest guest co-host for Today with Jenna & Friends a great introductory speech, capped off by a sudden mishap with some furniture.
As the NBC program continues featuring various guest co-hosts after Hoda Kotb’s departure, viewers saw Tyra Banks as Jenna’s co-host last week.
Fans seemed to have mixed reactions to Banks on the show, with some saying Jenna shouldn’t bring her back.
This week, Justin Sylvester, Andy Cohen, and Tiffany Haddish appeared, with Tiffany co-hosting on multiple days.
The actress and comedian added unique hilarity and funny moments to the show, some of which weren’t planned.
While Jenna gave Tiffany a grand introduction, she had a “clumsy” accident to add to her entrance.

Ever had someone get on your nerves so much that you have no choice but to resort to petty measures to get back at them? If yes, then you and Saturday Night Live legend Bill Hader are on the same page. Back when he was working at a movie theater, Bill Hader went out of his way to get back at a group who were bullying/mocking him. We are not saying that it was well-deserved, but…
He recently shared the hilarious anecdote from his life for all of us to sit back and take notes from. After all, a little pettiness hurt not one. Well, except the group of girls who just wanted to watch Leonardo DiCaprio in the tear-jerking Titanic.

Appearing onstage Thursday at SXSW, Michelle Obama never mentioned Donald Trump by name, but the former First Lady certainly tried to capture the tone of our times.
“We know people are going through some tough times, and I don’t think Craig and I are feeling any different than anyone out there,” Obama told the Austin audience of about 2,500 in a live recording of a new podcast series with her brother, Imo with Michelle Obama & Craig Robinson.
President Barack Obama and President Bill Clinton have been largely Awol since a retaliation-fueled Trump was sworn in January 20, so the anticipation around Obama and National Association of Basketball Coaches executive director Robinson’s podcast was high after it was unveiled this week.
The first significant public appearance by Michelle Obama, who missed both Jimmy Carter’s funeral and Trump’s inauguration, saw the ex-First Lady leaning deftly into her target market today.
