The outlet says that Robinson will play Brian Hancock, "a sweet, charming, and kind-hearted patient who turns a soccer injury into a possible meet-cute with one of the doctors." But as for which doctor, that information is being kept strictly under wraps for now. There are certainly a lot of doctors to choose from. Among them are Noah Wyle as Dr. Robby, Taylor Dearden as Dr. Mel King, Supriya Ganesh as Dr. Samira Mohan, Patrick Ball as Dr. Frank Langdon, and Isa Briones as Dr .Trinity Santos.

Created by R. Scott Gemmill, The Pitt follows Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch’s (Noah Wyle) 15-hour shift as the chief attendant in the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital’s emergency room. Each episode is one hour in Robby’s frenetic day.

Offering a real-time format, the series traces, hour-by-hour, the medical cases and personal crises physicians and nurses must navigate as they reckon with an overabundance of patients and a lack of resources.

The series is led by Wyle, who also executive produces and writes. The ensemble cast also includes Katherine Lanasa, Taylor Dearden, Patrick Ball, Isa Briones, Fiona Dourif, Supriya Ganesh, Shabana Azeez, Gerran Howell and guest star Shawn Hatosy.

In the weeks following the debut season of The Pitt, fans only wanted one thing from HBO Max: more. The good news is that the streamer was paying close attention to the medical series' popularity and ordered a second season weeks before Season 1 ended its run. The bad news is, for now, this will be pretty much it. During a new interview with Variety, HBO Max's CEO and content chairman Casey Bloys talked about the series and addressed the rumors of possible spin-offs.

During the interview with Variety, Bloys celebrated the success of The Pitt and underscored that Season 2 is already in production. After calling the series' production team "the best in the business," the executive stated that it's "impressive that the show broke through" at the Emmys and scored 13 nominations for its debut season. About the spin-offs, however, Bloys didn't have the best diagnosis to give. He stated:

The Pitt clocked out of its first shift season on Thursday, April 10 after one of the most punishing days ever at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. There were rats, assaults, a heartbreaking honor walk, a stolen ambulance (and hilarious bets on the stolen ambulance), a drug addiction reveal, and a mass casualty incident that led to a breakdown from Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle). And that was the first day for most of his team! Dr. Robby & Co. deserve a much-needed break, but we know you cannot wait for them to clock in for their second shift.

The Pitt has gotten a casting shakeup ahead of the show's second season. Tracy Ifeachor, who played Dr. Heather Collins in Season 1, is confirmed to be out for Season 2.

Per TVLine, the confirmation of Ifeachor's exit follows a social media post that sparked some speculation that Dr. Collins won't be back in the new season. On Instagram, Ifeachor shared a post thanking those who supported her in the role during Season 1, calling it a "blessing" to have played the role. She did not state specifically that she was leaving, but she also didn't note that she was returning.

Season two of Spellbound has a new release date. Hulu announced the premiere date by unveiling a trailer for new episodes of the scripted comedy series. The series was initially scheduled to return this month but was delayed until next month.

Hailey Melody Romain, Margherita Barbieri, Abigail O’Regan, Sam Darius, Zac Gabriel Werb, Etienne Moana, Imogen Mackie Walker, Gomolémo Tsagaé, Cameron James King, Rik Young, Raven Dauda, Malou Beauvoir, and Charles Baker star in the Spellbound series, which focuses on the students at the Paris Opera Ballet school.

Exclusive: The majority of the managers working at LA rep firm The Green Room have abruptly exited to launch management and production outfit Untamed Artists LA.

The move was made in the last few weeks and follows what the group described to us as “irreconcilable differences” with Green Room founder Alex Czuleger, who as of last week was understood to be the only manager left at the firm.

Czuleger, who set up The Green Room in 2014, declined to comment on the reason for the departures but noted that the Green Room would continue to operate as a management company and that replacements for the departing staff would be joining shortly. There is discrepancy between the two parties as to whether all agents left of their own accord.

The Mandalorian season 3, episode 7 just fixed almost all the problems that previous episodes in the season struggled with. From a storytelling perspective, many are thrilled that episode 7 finally focuses solely on the main goal of this season: retaking Mandalore. Of course, this task comes with its own challenges, as both Din Djarin’s covert and Axe Woves’ army need to learn to get along before they can function as a unit. Thankfully, Bo-Katan Kryze’s relationship with both groups—her ownership of the Darksaber—allows her to bridge the gap, although she is still not confident her abilities will be enough to keep the peace.

The Mandalorian may have unleashed its most Star Wars-y story ever with “The Spies,” an episode that features Mandos vs. Imperial stormtroopers with jetpacks, several references to Legends canon, and yet another tease for Grand Admiral Thrawn. It also features the single best Grogu gag of the entire season with the arrival of Ig-12 and his “yes” and “no” buttons.
