Zombies on a plane! This is the basic premise for the upcoming thriller Quarantine 2. This second film in the series will not be a remake of Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's [Rec] 2 (like the first film) however, but something different. Quarantine 2 is attempting to arouse that innate fear of viruses and flu-bugs, that most of us have and first time director John Pogue will do this through the confining environment of air travel. Oxygen mask anyone? Check out the first trailer for this feature, with a DVD release date expected for later this year.
