Coming out of film school, Sullivan was recruited to write fictional storylines and dialog for video games. People he's written for include Shaquille O'Neal, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, Doris Burke, Brent Barry, Steve Smith, Kevin Harlan, and Kevin Garnett. NFL 2K5 was awarded "Best Sports Game Commentary" at the 2005 Game Audio Network Guild Awards.
