Something with a bit of bite that has arrived on DVD here in the UK is Don Michael Paul's 'Lake Placid: The Final Chapter'. The final installment (apparently) in the croc based horror franchise which began all the way back in 1999 with Steve Miner's excellent little comedy horror was released this week which you can now pick up on DVD and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. UFO production 'Lake Placid: The Final Chapter' is set to arrive on DVD in the New Year. The fourth, and notably final(?), installment in the killer croc franchise which made its TV debut on SyFy this past September is set to hit DVD on 19 February across the Us courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The sequel, helmed by Don Michael Paul, stars Elisabeth Rohm, Yancy Butler, Paul Nicholls, Poppy Lee Friar, Benedict Smith, Caroline Ford and Scarlett Byrne along with an appearance from horror superstar Robert Englund ('Strippers vs Werewolves').
