Jeff the Drunk was born on 2 May 1967 in the USA. He is an actor and producer, known for American Pirates (2017), Born Into Mafia 2 (2016) and Jay Doggs: I Got Big Balls (2021).

His right arm became permanently paralyzed after a car accident in
1988. Jeff was not driving, though the driver of the car was drunk at
the time.
