I have a love-hate relationship with British film, I’ll admit that. But it’s not all my fault, after all once you’ve seen one East-End gangster flick you’ve seen them all right? Which is why, in all honesty, I try and stay as far away from British-made films as possible – no matter the genre. I do make exceptions of course, especially for horror movies. And after seeing Heretic I’m glad I do – this is one of the best British horror films I’ve seen in a long time.

Filmmaker Clive Tonge has created a sharp-looking short film. And, being the cool guy he is, he wants to share it with the Dread Central readership. So, he's granted us a 10-day window to check out his short film, the very tight Sunday Best.

Directed by Tonge, Sunday Best stars Bill Fellows, Valerie Shields and Andrew Squires. The film was written by Tonge and Ian Fenton. Made on a budget of approximately $750, Sunday Best is a testament on how much can be done with a tiny budget.
