Dave Prazak was a very underrated manager, and he is a great commentator. Prazak also deserves praise for his efforts to promoter women's wrestling in the US as a serious athletic endeavour. As a promoter, the man has done a lot for women in wrestling, so he deserves high praise and respect for that. As a commentator... I've never liked him. His reedy voice and utter lack of personality add nothing to the match. A lot of great ROH matches are brought down by the poor commentary. I'm glad he got replaced by Kevin Kelly.
