Biography

Suless Burton (born October 12, 1977) is an American actress, author, writer, director and executive producer. Beginning her career in stage plays and later moving into film and television. She later earned recognition and rose to fame for her performance in 2021 When Does It Stop that she created, wrote, directed and performed as one of the main characters named Chanel. She also released her first drama novel called When Does it Stop that's available on Amazon. She's starred in other popular independent films such as: Innocence, Mr. Motta and Devin that's on TUBI Television. She also starred in a sitcom called Consenting adults that aired on WGN Television in 2018 that was later canceled after one season.

Burton graduated high school at Academy of Scholastic Achievement in Chicago, IL and attended Malcolm X College where she received an associate degree in business. She later attended International Academy of Design and Technology where she received a bachelor's degree in advertising and design. She later went on to take courses at The Greenroom Acting Studio.

In 1994 she gave birth to her first son Andre James Francis Jr., Andre Jr. a videographer later started a company called Beast Productions who began filming a lot of music videos in Chicago, IL but later died in 2018 from an asthma attack. In 1995 she gave birth to her only daughter Andrea Rena Francis and in 2000 she gave birth to her youngest son Andrew Lee Francis who is an American actor (Roles played in Chicago P.D. Background actor for The Chi and rapper named Hundoboyy. Their father Andre James Francis (Suless's high school sweetheart) and Suless have been together for 32 years and have been married 14 years on September 11, 2009.
