Mohsen Ghaffari(II)

British-Iranian actor and voice-over artist, Mohsen Ghaffari, was born in Tehran as the youngest child in his family, with four elder siblings. Mohsen received his training as an actor at the Poor School in London and the Identity School of Acting. He then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at The Royal Holloway University of London, followed by a Master's degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Studies at the University of St Andrews. Mohsen is fully trilingual and has a passion for languages, achieving native proficiency in English, Farsi, and Dari, and he performs in all three languages. Being a native Farsi speaker naturally equips him with familiarity in Arabic, Pashto, and Kurdish languages, which he used in various productions.
In 2011, Mohsen became a part of the Almeida Theatre in London, participating in the Young Friends of Almeida initiative. He has been featured in numerous theatre productions, including "The Treatment," directed by the Critic's Circle Theatre Awards and Laurence Olivier Award-winning director Lyndsey Turner. He also recently took part in "Phaedra" at The National Theatre, directed by Simon Stone, where he shared the stage with Janet McTeer and Paul Chahidi.
Throughout this period, Mohsen also pursued his interest in Shakespeare, portraying various characters in different theatre productions. He played roles such as Egues and Bottom in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with The Australian Shakespeare Company in Kew Garden, London, Florizel in "The Winter's Tale," and took the lead roles in "The Word" with A Play, a Pie, and a Pint in Glasgow, among other plays, including "The Duke and The Architect" and "The Great and The Cynic."
On screen, he played the role of a Priest in Netflix's "Fugitive: The Curious Case Of Carlos Ghosn," an Army Officer in the 2023 TV Series "Flight 422," as well as in the TV Series "We Hunt Together," where he performed in scenes with Eve Myles.
