Susan was born in Albany, Western Australia and grew up on an isolated wheat and sheep farm near the Stirling Ranges.
She is a practicing Doctor, working as an Assistant Surgeon and Emergency Doctor.
Susan worked as a country Doctor in remote rural Australia for many years.
She has two children, 5 horses, 3 camels and a menagerie of animals with her life partner, "Farmer Nigel" who runs Incredible Creatures Mobile Animal Farm and Animal Actors.
