- Haydn Worley is a London-based screenwriter with a portfolio of narrative drama, thriller and comedy-drama shorts in various stages of production. He co-wrote 1 Star Review, a short horror-thriller, which had its world premiere in August 2024 in London's Leicester Square as part of the official selection for FrightFest, the UK's foremost horror/thriller film festival. 1 Star Review is in the thick of its festival run, receiving several selections and award nominations both in the UK and US, with (hopefully) more to come. Haydn has also crafted a number of feature spec scripts across subgenres of drama.
Haydn's scripts range from tense psychological thrillers to complex character studies to quirky comedy-drama. Some of his skills include a strong sense of story structure, compelling character arcs and emotive action and dialogue. All of Haydn's scripts contain elements of warmth and heart, however light or dark the project.
