Since its premiere, How I Met Your Mother has become an iconic TV sensation. The series aired for nine seasons starting in 2005 and ending in 2014 while Ted Mosby told his children the long story of meeting their mother. The show portrayed five friends’ experiences in Manhattan while they dealt with adulthood, careers, and relationships in their lives.

Himym established its success through its different storytelling features as well as its humor combined with the undeniable bond among the lead characters. The show designed its plot structure in a non-linear way. Its memorable dialogue and brainchild concepts, such as “Bro Code”, lived on as pop culture references after the series.

However, fans of the show wonder about the fates of the original show members who portrayed these TV characters years after the series finale aired.

Add “How I Met Your Mother” to the long list of 2000s-era sitcoms that are jumping aboard the podcast train. “How We Made Your Mother” will premiere on March 10 and will be hosted by series star Josh Radnor and co-creator Craig Thomas.

Produced by Alek Lev, the series will see the two “explore, episode by episode, the mystery at the heart of what has made this show so durable and beloved. It’s time — much like the older, wiser narrator Ted does in the show — to look back on this adventure that occupied a pivotal decade of their lives: how the show changed them, how it changed its fans and how it changed the culture,” a synopsis for the podcast reads.

Josh Radnor didn’t meet the love of his life the way most people do.

He told the New York Times that in February 2022, he attended a three-day meditation retreat in upstate New York, where he and the other attendees ate some psychedelic mushrooms.

Josh recalled hearing a voice in his head say “That’s her,” in reference to Jordana. “That’s your woman.”

Jordana, who was also high on mushrooms, had a similar experience.

“You know that man over there across the room, Josh? You’re drawn to him,” she recalled hearing in her mind.

Remembering the couple’s first connection, Jordana shared, “We had a really beautiful and intense and powerful first date where we went very deep.

Josh Radnor is now a married man!

On Friday (January 19), the 49-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor revealed on Instagram that he and fiancée Jordana Jacobs during a “*light* blizzard” earlier this month at Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, New York.

“I got married! Two weeks ago. In a *light* blizzard. It was an incredible overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend,” Josh wrote along with some snowy photos of him and his new bride at their wedding.

“So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us. To @forgedinthenorth for the extraordinary pictures,” Josh continued. “But most of all to Jordana. I can’t believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife.”

Josh revealed in November 2023 that he and Jordana were engaged after meeting in February 2022.
