Bannerman: 'The jungle was like therapy'
Marc Bannerman has claimed that he doesn't regret appearing on I'm A Celebrity....

The ex-soap star said that he viewed the experience as a positive one, despite the tabloid coverage of his romance with fellow contestant Cerys Mathews.

"Now I can look back and just gain from it, " he told Ds. "I really enjoyed it. I laughed hard for five days and that was like a therapy in itself, that kind of tonic.

"I've met Cerys out of it and I can't complain. I had a great time!"

On the subject of the tabloid revelations regarding his break-up with actress Sarah Matravers, he commented: . . .
