Biography

Producer/Actor Jayce Barreiro started his career as an actor in the early 2000s. His passion for the arts also led him into the music industry where he founded and owned a management company-Black Phoenix. This company managed the careers of several musicians while also packaging and selling concerts of A list musicians throughout North America. In 2014, Jayce founded Big Picture, primarily focused on branding and television commercials. In 2021, with the help of his partners, Jayce pivoted Big Picture Cinema Group into a film development, production and financing outfit.

In 2025 Big Picture completed the Thriller ' Night comes' starring Dafne Keen, Samantha Lorraine & Alexandre Ludwig and completed photography on the raunchy comedy 'The Marshmallow. Experiment' Starring Steve Buscemi, Josh Lucas, Dafne Keen, Sam McCarthy and Sarah Chalke. Both films are due out in 2026. As of today Big Picture is in development of several Hollywood films and scripted series.

Jayce continues to practice his first love of acting, appearing in two seasons of Netflix's 'Virgin River' while continuing to grow Big Picture into one of the top Canadian production companies.
