Joe Ridgely is originally from Huntington, Long Island, NY.
His Father's job in Aeronautical Engineering landed him on the Treasure Coast of Florida in 1984. His goal was to become a radio DJ, but ended up in the medical field and then sales.
Joe created content and produced the Tech Defects Live Video Podcast and Bad Anger Pictures Live Online Events with Dan "Leatherface" Yeager and Ron Scott. His 1st minor role in a short film was Ben Gummery's 2019 Documentary Short on podcasting: One Voice, One Mic.
He is known for co-creating and producing the "Romero Pictures' Indie Brigade" Live Show (with host George C. Romero and Series Regulars: Richard Grieco, Michael Mandaville and German Michael Torres. He also produced the weekly show "Romero Pictures' Indie Brigade Presents: David Lee Madison's "The End of the Night"" with cohost Scott Schiaffo as well as "RPIB Presents: The Wagner Wiles" with cohost Tyler Shea Cone. "
After the "Romero Pictures' Indie Brigade" live show ended in late February of 2021, Joe felt like he put too much work into the idea behind the show itself to let it end. He then created "The Indie Escape Network" with the help of some industry friends who he now considers family. The Indie Escape goal is to have a different videocast show seven days a week. Joe produces and cohosts a majority of the shows on the network, but it is all a team effort! Shows include (and Much More To Come):
