Lydia was born in Germany and danced Ballet for 20 years. During that time she was also able to gain her engineering and business degree in Germany. When she was 24years old, she also started to study acting in the Netherlands and in the UK. During her Sanford Meisner training at the Actors Temple in London she already was part of the movie cast Prism. She finished her training 2019. Since then, she is mainly focusing on movies and TV roles.
