Millena Gay, a native of Upper Marlboro, MD, began her journey in the entertainment industry after graduating pre-law from UVA. Relocating to NYC to pursue acting, she discovered her passion for directing while staging the off-Broadway play "Monsieur Felix Fox Fly," which later embarked on a successful regional tour.
Transitioning to Los Angeles, Millena honed her skills in producing and directing through UCLA's Certificate Program, culminating in the creation of the short film "Journey." Her entrepreneurial spirit and creative prowess led her to produce award-winning short films like "Clarissa's Gift" and "Fun The Emachee Way."
Earning accolades for her work, Millena furthered her education with UCLA Extension's Producing and Entertainment Studies Program, graduating with honors in 2016. Since then, she has directed and produced numerous successful projects, including the acclaimed documentary "Golden Hearted," narrated by Academy Award winner Danny Glover, and the featurette "Something About Mother," starring Jayne Kennedy, Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs, and Dawnn Lewis.
Combining her passion for storytelling with astute business acumen, Millena continues to make her mark in the entertainment industry, captivating audiences with her compelling narratives and innovative productions.
