Katrina Cabrera Ortega

Katrina Cabrera Ortega, an accomplished television writer and producer, is known for her work across a broad spectrum of drama series. Ortega spent her adventurous childhood moving throughout the southwest, a formative time that inspired her dream of becoming a storyteller in Hollywood. To pursue that goal, she earned a B.A. in English from UCLA, followed by an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA's esteemed School of Theater, Film and Television. A passionate advocate for authentic Latinx representation in media, she is dedicated to projects that spotlight underrepresented voices and stories.
