Ahmed Bialy

Ahmed Bialy, an Egyptian filmmaker, was born in Cairo, Egypt. He started his filmmaking career in 2006 as a trainer-AD in the Egyptian cinema industry, worked as an AD in many films and ads, and served as a TV producer and reports director in some Egyptian media agencies like MBC Masr and Video Cairo Sat. Globally, he worked as a copyright editor/producer in some international agencies like Reuters and Swegypt. He directed three short fiction films: "The Wise Man" (2008), "God's Door" (2018), and "The Visit" (2019). His films have participated in many international film festivals such as IIff, HIff, and AMFF. His first feature-length film as a writer, "Your Luck Today" (Hazzak Elyoum), is now screening.
