Jeffrey Anthony Ramos is an American filmmaker & actor of Peruvian descent.
Born in Los Angeles, his first interest in the entertainment industry began when he would perform skits with the Boy Scouts of America. After achieving the Eagle Scout rank at 15 years old, Jeffrey started pursuing more serious training in the arts. Jeffrey started working as an actor and stagehand for the Louise K. Taylor Performing Arts Center for several production seasons. He was classically trained in piano since the age of 6.
Jeffrey graduated from UC Riverside with a BS in Business Administration and Minor in Theatre, Film, and Digital Production. He's won awards in the school-wide business case competitions, student leadership, and built Capital projects for the University.
Afterwards Jeffrey made his pivot into filmmaking. He's worked as a freelance production assistant on various commercials, music videos, and proofs of concept. He has also taken the lead in writing and producing a variety of short films. Beyond his dedication to film, Jeffrey also values serving his community; he is the vice president of the Monrovia Public Library Board. He's finishing his MFA at the American Film Institute Conservatory.
