Biography

Jade Spurr has been nominated for Best Actress in the Queen Palms Film Festival, and received an Outstanding Duo Award in the Los Angeles International Indie Film Fest.

Jade was born in Ventura, California on Aug 8th 2000 to parents Brad Spurr and Rosa Santos. She grew up around acting being on set with her father who worked on sitcoms and independent productions. At age of seven she found her passion for performing when she played a lead roles in a short film.

As a child Jade was enrolled in acting classes, hosted her own talk show on a local public access channel and performed on Comedy Central's Sports Show with Norm Macdonald.

As a teen she attended the Jeffrey Meek studio for film and television acting. She is coached by Mr. Meek focusing on character breakdowns and screen acting.

Jade has had vocal and dance training. As a cirque aerialist, she was a member of the elite performance troupe at The Aerial Studio.

Jade is also trained in Mui Thui kick-boxing.

Ms. Spurr enjoys meditation, firearms, surfing, hiking and nature.
