After 25 years, Sr. Ridley Scott’s Oscar-winning classic Gladiator returns to the big screen with a thrilling sequel. Gladiator 2 picks up the story and follows Lucius 16 years after the original events. But that’s not the only exciting return: The project’s Dit is no stranger to the Pomfort blog, as we already interviewed Gastone Ferrante a few years ago. Now, we caught up with him again over his involvement in this massive production.
To let the Gladiator shine in his battles on screen, Gastone and his team wrestled their own challenges behind the scenes. Got To Dance is about to kick off its finals week, so it's just as well we have a bunch of semi-finalists now, isn't it? The first team who'll be battling it out for a place in the final will be Ashley Banjo's contestants, who'll take to Earl's Court on Monday, August 25.
"This year's new format has meant that I am mentoring a contemporary group and even a couple of ballet dancers," Banjo said. "It has brought a whole new dynamic, but unlike the other judges I know how it feels - I have been in the exact same place as the contestants and had to work my way up with my dance group.
"It's nerve-wracking and a big responsibility being a mentor. There is so much talent and Got To Dance is one of those shows that's all about talent."
So who is on Ashley Banjo's team?...
