Lileina Joy fits her name to a "T" - her joyous and happy attitude is contagious. Lileina (pronounced: "Li-Lay-Nah") originally began performing at the age of three, in commercials and regional theater productions. In addition to on-camera and stage work, she is also a professional young voiceover artist with over 675 animation, narration, commercial and promo credits to her name.
Lileina and her sister, Lucy Capri make up the sister-sister voiceover team "A Lil' Joy Kids Voiceovers" (ALilJoyKidsVoiceovers.com). Together, they regularly record from their professional home studio and connect with clients around the world, via Source-Connect, Zoom, Google Meet and more. Their projects have spanned the globe and gained world-wide attention. In fact, one of the commercials Lileina solely voiced, was nominated in 2020 for an Emmy Award and one of the animated films ("In The Land of the Flabby Schnook") she provided a lead voice for, was nominated in 2021 for a Canadian Academy Award. Lileina has also been nominated three times (in 2021, 2022 and 2023) for a prestigious "One Voice Award," for various voiceover projects.
Lileina's positive attitude goes hand-in-hand with a maturity that extends beyond her young years. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is always excited and truly thankful for each opportunity she is considered for. At any moment, you might also find her breaking out in song about whatever is going on (just like her Daddy, who is a professional musician and singer). Her family's first joy is found in Jesus Christ (Romans 15:13). She and her sister Lucy love working on faith-based projects. Giving back is also important to their family; together they regularly volunteer with various special needs organizations, food pantries and animal shelters.
Lileina also loves to draw, paint and crochet, make jewelry, swim like a mermaid, practice the guitar and ukulele, powerfully serve on her volleyball team, learn sign language and be a baker and chef in the kitchen with her mom, sister and grandma. Music and dance are also passions of this busy, young homeschooled talent.
