Born in Illinois and moved to Los Angeles in 1984. There he spent 20 years developing extensive production experience as a recording engineer, film mixer, and editor. Paul first established credentials in 1989 by working on several nationally released independent albums. This began an upward movement through the independent labels and onto the major labels with 2 trips to the Grammy's to support his work. During this time he worked in many of the class A studios in Hollywood such as Capital records, Larabee sound, Amarycan, and NRG. In the Mid 90's Paul began working in complete audio post services. Working with actors such as the late Richard Harris, Billy Crystal, Patrick Warburton, Lance Hendrickson, Tim Allen, and many others. Paul has worked on over 100 TV shows and countless independent films as a dialogue recordist/editor, ADR recordist, foley artist and recordist, as well as SFX editor, sound designer, re-recording mixer and video editor.
