Biography

Tiberiu Emil Enache was born in Galati, Romania to Daniela Enache and Gigi Enache. His parents were also born and raised in Galati and own a small business in the fish market and an auto-parts shop.

He grew up in a family that wasn't art related. His parents have recorded most of his childhood on VHS tapes and when the transition was made from film to digital, it was up to him to learn video-editing and store the files on DVD's. Using these skills, he started writing, directing and starring in short-movies while in his high-school years at the National College "Al. I. Cuza", while studying at a Math-Computer Science profile. In 2012, 5 months before the Baccalaureate Exam, he decided to study acting.

In 2015, he graduated Acting at the National University of Arts "George Enescu" Iasi, as the head of promotion, then moved to Bucharest, Romania. In 2017, he got a Master's Degree in Theatre Arts at the same university, again being head of promotion.

He made his film debut in 2015 as an extra in Radu Jude's "Scarred Hearts", playing a Patient. He subsequently had sizeable roles in several indie short films, playing the male lead in projects like: Truth (2017), A night to remember (2018) and Facebook (2019).

In 2018, he participated at the HOP Gala for Young Actors (Gala HOP) and won the "1/10 for film at TIFF" Prize and was one of the ten actors selected in the Transylvania International Film Festival (2019).

He then directed, wrote, and starred in Pandemic: LIVE (2020), a short three-episode-web-series that was shot during the global pandemic in 2020.

He has been active in the theatrical world since 2013, when he joined the independent theatre group "Frilensãr". He also collaborated with a lot of theatrical institutions such as: Mayiday Caffe, FIX Theatre and the Tãtãrasi Atheneum in Iasi, Green Hours' Monday Theatre, ArCub, Animation Theatre Tãndãricã and National Theatre in Bucharest.
