Friday Night Sext Scandal Sneak Peek: Beware Good Things, They Come with Scandalous Strings Attached!
A teenage boy's penchant for finding some form of trouble is worth studying.

In Lifetime's newest original film, Friday Night Sext Scandal, we have a storyline inspired by real events.

It intends to explore the dark underbelly of the high school experience regarding teenage boys who go on the hunt for sexually explicit photos from their female counterparts.

And in true Lifetime fashion, they explore the scandalous nature behind this from a different perspective.

The film focuses on one teen boy's experience of getting reeled into these deplorable actions.

The film stars Riverdale's Anthony Timpano as Shawn, a 16-year-old jock who is just starting to see advancement in his football career when he's upgraded to a starter on the team.

Of course, with advancement in the athletic realm comes increased popularity and the opportunity to hang out with upperclassmen, too.

And we all know very little good comes from associating with upper-class jocks.

10 Star Trek Female Vulcans Ranked Worst To Best
Image
Vulcan female characters have played a variety of roles in the Star Trek franchise, from Starfleet officers to influential leaders on Vulcan. They have had relationships with Starfleet officers and have been proteges of Spock. Some notable Vulcan women include Lt. Valeris, a disappointment and traitor; Admiral Patar, who met a tragic end; Lt. T'Veen, who was murdered in a hostage situation; T'Mir, who helped introduce Vulcan technology to Earth; and President T'Rina, who helped reunify Vulcan and Romulan races. T'Pau, described as "all of Vulcan in one package," was a powerful and influential woman on Vulcan, while T'Pring's complicated love story with Spock has been given more context and nuance in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Lt. T'Lyn has emerged as a popular new Vulcan character, and Lt. Saavik and Subcommander T'Pol are considered legendary Vulcan characters.

Female Vulcans rank among Star Trek's greatest characters, and a few are even notorious.

Felicity Huffman
“Tammy’s Always Dying” Needs More Life
Felicity Huffman
Felicity Huffman has been in the news a lot over the last year or so, and not for her acting. There’s no need to get into the scandal she was involved in, since it has no bearing on her work here. However, it never hurts to have a showy performance to refocus audiences on your skills. At times, the drama Tammy’s Always Dying showcases Huffman at her best. At other times, sadly, it’s unfocused and doesn’t make proper use of her talents. It’s an uneven movie that sees the unevenness trickle down to all involved. Some elements work, some don’t. It ultimately creates a mixed bag that’s just shy of recommendation worthy. The film looks at the dramatic relationship between a troubled mother and daughter. For Catherine MacDonald (Anastasia Phillips) and her hard drinking/self destructive mother Tammy MacDonald (Huffman), the same routine...
