Eighteen projects have received support, including many international co-productions and first-time directors. The Greek Film Centre (Gfc) has announced its first round of funding pre-approvals for 2019, which covers 18 projects spanning four different programmes. The support granted totals over €1,766,000, and the Gfc has also confirmed that, from now until 2022, a total amount of €4 million will be provided to new productions. More precisely, 16 projects will be supported by the Gfc under the Basic Film Production Program, which covers submissions from February 2017 to January 2018. Out of the 24 projects submitted, ten were approved for production support. Also receiving homages are veteran Romanian director Mircea Daneliuc and Greek master cinematographer Nikos Kavoukidis, accompanied by tributes to the 70 years of Greek animation and to the recent Austrian cinema.The late Belgian director Chantal.Akerman is receiving a special homage with the presentation of her 2011 film Almayer’s Folly (La folie Almayer).

I can't find anything on this film which IMDb shows in production besides this mood piece, but from what it shows it looks like a touch of the old world, the industrial, and possibly some gangster action. The youtube video is admittedly crappy, but it looks like it has serious potential. The director is Greek and this is his 2nd feature, but it looks like production is being done out of Australia. Also, it's listed in IMDb as Lonesdale when everything else has the e removed
